What is the difference between EXION and traditional microneedling?
Traditional microneedling relies on tiny punctures alone to trigger the skin's healing response. EXION Fractional RF adds radiofrequency energy delivered through the needles, with real-time temperature monitoring, so heat reaches deeper layers of the skin in a controlled way. This supports more collagen remodeling than microneedling alone.
Can RF microneedling tighten loose skin?
RF microneedling can help improve mild to moderate skin laxity by stimulating new collagen and elastin. It isn't a replacement for surgery when there is significant excess skin.
