How does Vanquish ME work?

Vanquish ME uses patented Selective RF™ (radiofrequency) technology to target and destroy fat cells. The device features a large panel that hovers over the treatment area without ever touching your skin. It emits radiofrequency energy that heats the fat layer to a specific temperature, causing fat cells to undergo “apoptosis” (natural cell death), after which they are naturally processed and eliminated by your body’s lymphatic system.

Is the treatment painful, and is there any downtime?

No, the treatment is virtually painless. Most patients describe the sensation as a gentle, warming feeling similar to using a heating pad or being under a warm blanket. Because it is non-invasive and contactless, there is zero downtime. You can return to your normal daily activities, including exercise, immediately after your session.

Who is a good candidate for Vanquish ME?

Vanquish ME is ideal for individuals who have stubborn pockets of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise, particularly in the abdomen, flanks (“love handles”), and thighs. Unlike many other body contouring devices that have BMI restrictions, Vanquish ME is effective for a wide range of body types and can treat patients with a BMI of 30 or higher.

How many sessions will I need and when will I see results?

While every body is different, a typical treatment plan consists of 4 to 6 sessions spaced about one week apart. Some patients begin to see changes as early as two to three weeks after their first session, but the most significant results usually appear about 6 to 8 weeks after the final treatment as the body finishes clearing out the destroyed fat cells.

Are the results permanent?

Yes, the results are considered permanent. Once the fat cells are destroyed and eliminated from the body, they do not regenerate. However, it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle with proper diet and exercise, as the remaining fat cells in your body can still expand if you experience significant weight gain.

What is RF microneedling?
RF microneedling combines tiny microneedles with radiofrequency (RF) energy. The needles create micro-channels in the skin while RF energy heats the deeper layers, stimulating your body's natural production of collagen and elastin to improve texture, firmness and tone over time.
What is the difference between EXION and traditional microneedling?
Traditional microneedling relies on tiny punctures alone to trigger the skin's healing response. EXION Fractional RF adds radiofrequency energy delivered through the needles, with real-time temperature monitoring, so heat reaches deeper layers of the skin in a controlled way. This supports more collagen remodeling than microneedling alone.
Can RF microneedling tighten loose skin?
RF microneedling can help improve mild to moderate skin laxity by stimulating new collagen and elastin. It isn't a replacement for surgery when there is significant excess skin. During your consultation, we'll let you know whether EXION is a good fit for your goals or whether another option may serve you better.
Can RF microneedling help stretch marks?
